Read This Before Renting Your Space
Note: No refunds after booking your date & time.
Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are non-refundable.
Reschedules must be requested at least 7 days prior to your scheduled session.
Reschedule requests made within 7 days of your booking will not be accepted. A new booking will be required.
Arrival & Time Management
You may arrive up to 15 minutes early for your session.
If another session is in progress, we ask that you wait until your scheduled time before entering.
Please be respectful of sessions after you by exiting the studio promptly at the end of your reserved time.
Any time exceeding your scheduled booking will result in an additional hourly charge.
Respect for the Space
Please be courteous and respectful to all guests, staff, neighboring businesses, and the studio environment.
Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests and collaborators associated with their session.
Studio Environment & Content Standards
Carolina Film Studio is a clean, professional creative space designed for focused, high-quality content creation.
To maintain this environment, the following guidelines must be respected:
No smoking, tobacco use, or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the studio, in the parking lot, or in vehicles on the property. Please be mindful and respectful of neighboring businesses.
No illegal drug use or possession on-site.
We do not permit the creation of explicit sexual or pornographic content, including nude or lingerie-based shoots.
We maintain a standard of professional and respectful language during all sessions and recordings.
Content that promotes illegal activity, excessive drug use, or violence is not permitted within the studio.
These standards apply to all sessions, recordings, and interactions within the space.
Carolina Film Studio reserves the right to end any session without refund if these guidelines are not followed.
