Note: No refunds after booking your date & time.

Reschedules are allowed no less than 1 week from your booking date and time. Reschedules withing 1 week are not accepted. You must re-book your appointment.

Be courteous of those using the studio before and after you.

You may arrive 15min. early for your shoot, but if there is a shoot before you, we ask for you to wait to enter until your scheduled time.

Be courteous of shoots after you and make sure to exit when your reservation time is up. You must be out of the building by the end of your booking time or you will be charged for an additional hour.

Lighting, camera and special effect equipment are rented out at an additional cost. Please see the add-on section within your booking process.
