A few things to know

How does the six-month subscription work?

Your membership is billed monthly for a six-month commitment. Your confirmed rate is locked during that term, with renewal changes communicated in advance. Unused studio hours expire at the end of each monthly membership period.

Can our group podcast share a Creator membership?

Yes. One Creator membership can cover one named podcast with up to five regular hosts and one account holder. The show shares the 12-hour monthly allowance. All hosts, guests, and production helpers count toward the six-person attendance limit. Hosts’ personal projects outside the show require a separate membership or rental.

What is in the Creator content kit?

During your booking, use a DJI Osmo Pocket 4P, a DJI microphone, and a rolling stand with an attached light and selfie-view TV monitor. Equipment stays at the studio.

Can I bring a photographer or videographer?

Creator members can bring a photographer or videographer to capture their own content and a featured guest. Everyone present counts toward the six-person limit. Professional members can bring clients and production helpers, up to ten people total.

How do the five authorized Team members work?

Your organization can designate five people to book and access the studio for its productions. They share one 40-hour monthly allowance. The five authorized members are separate from your production’s total attendance; Team has no membership headcount cap within studio occupancy limits.

Can we use more than one room?

Yes. During your booking, use any room included in your membership. Creator and Professional exclude the blackbox; Team includes it.
